Information you give us
Our contact and partnership forms ask for your name, company, phone number and email address. Depending on the form, they may also ask what kind of company you are, its size, your project’s stage and needs, which materials you would like us to send, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you download a resource through a form, we collect the details that form asks for.
If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence and the contact details you use.
We ask only for business contact information. Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, through the website.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use it: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, roughly where they are located (city or country level), and what kind of device and browser they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We use the reports to improve the site, and we do not use them to identify you personally.
Our hosting and security providers also record standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle inquiries. They process information on our behalf and only for that purpose:
- our customer relationship management platform, which receives form submissions and sends our emails

- our website hosting, content delivery and security providers
Our engineering team works from offices in the United States, Romania and India. Your information may be accessed from those locations when we respond to your inquiry or work on a project with you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics and to make the site and forms work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies will not stop you from reading the site.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or your company, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in Google Analytics. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from our emails. Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to certain uses or to receive a copy of your data. To make any request, write to [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
