An integration engineering firm - not a competitor to implementation partners.
We help software companies, digital agencies, platform partners, and technology consultancies deliver projects they otherwise could not, by engineering the connections between systems.
What We Are
An integration engineering firm - a specialist, not a general implementation partner.
What We Are Not
A competitor. We don't sell strategy or own client relationships - we make your projects successful.
Since 1997
Nearly three decades engineering the space between systems.
eProxim was founded in 1997 and has since delivered hundreds of successful projects across payments, travel, telecom, billing, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Many of the systems we built remain in core production years later - in at least one case, for more than a decade of continuous operation.
Today a dedicated team of engineers and architects delivers that work from three offices across three continents - giving partners follow-the-sun coverage and the depth to take on complex, long-lived integrations with confidence.

Leadership
eProxim is founder-led and team-delivered - one architect’s standard, carried out by a full engineering organization.
Jayant Chaudhary
Founder & CEO
Jayant Chaudhary founded eProxim in 1997 and brings roughly three decades of enterprise technology leadership to the firm, spanning technical architecture, systems integration, and technology strategy for organizations from global enterprises to fast-moving startups.
He has held senior roles including VP Technology Integrator at American Express, CTO at Travel Syndication Technology, and Technical Architect at AT&T. Earlier, he architected a next-generation airline inventory-control system at SITA that was years ahead of the industry, and served as product architect and development manager at Flamenco Networks - experience spanning payments, travel, and telecom at scale.
That depth is why partners trust eProxim with their most difficult integration problems: behind the firm is a leader who has repeatedly defined the architecture, chosen the right technology, and delivered.
Josh Rush
Sales & Marketing
Josh leads sales, market positioning and client strategy at eProxim. He was previously CEO of Surreal Events, where he built one of the industry's earliest large-scale virtual event platforms and delivered digital environments for Fortune 100 organizations and major entertainment brands.
He brings the same ability to translate new technology into business value a client can measure, and he makes sure every eProxim engagement starts from that value.
Tarang Padia
Lead Engineer
Tarang engineers production systems for enterprises and high-growth firms that expect ownership, precision and results along with the code. From greenfield builds to end-to-end platform delivery, he takes on the complex integration and automation problems where the stakes are highest.
His work combines careful technical execution with architecture that is practical, scalable and built to run unsupervised. He has engineered solutions used by Fortune 100 firms and smaller businesses alike, and at eProxim he is the engineer who turns an agreed design into an integration that works in production.
The team behind the work
Integration Architecture
Solution architects who scope, blueprint, and de-risk every engagement before build.
Engineering & Build
API, middleware, and event-pipeline engineers across the .NET, PHP, and JavaScript stacks.
QA & Testing
Dedicated test engineers who validate edge cases and failure conditions before go-live.
Managed Services
A support team monitoring live integrations so partners never find out something broke first.
eProxim’s delivery organization brings together seasoned professionals-including solution architects, integration engineers, software developers, QA specialists, DevOps engineers, and project managers-across the United States, Romania, and India. Every engagement is led by senior technical leadership and supported by specialized engineering teams, enabling us to scale from targeted integrations to enterprise-wide modernization initiatives without compromising quality or accountability.
What leaders say about working with Jayant
“What Jayant brings to a project can be summed up in a single word - leadership. He has an extraordinary ability to bring a group of disparate minds together and have them work toward a common goal.”
