What the site is for
The site describes our services and publishes articles, guides and templates about integration engineering. It is meant for businesses and the people who work in them. Our engagements with clients and partners are governed by the written agreements we sign with them, such as a master services agreement and a statement of work, and not by these terms.
Articles, guides and templates
We publish articles and templates, such as our integration RFP and statement of work templates, to help readers think through their own projects. They are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your situation, and they are provided as they are, without any warranty. You are responsible for how you use them and for checking that they fit your circumstances.
You may download our templates and adapt them for your own business, including sharing them inside your company and with vendors you are evaluating. Please do not republish or sell them, or present our articles as your own work. Short quotations with a link back to the original are welcome.
Our content
The text, graphics, diagrams and logos on the site belong to eProxim or to the people who licensed them to us. Product names mentioned on the site, such as Salesforce, SAP and NetSuite, are trademarks of their owners. We mention them to describe the systems we work with, and their use does not mean those companies endorse us.
Forms and communications
When you send us a form, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy, mainly to reply to your inquiry and send the materials you asked for.
