Small Agencies & Dev Shops

White-label ecommerce development for agencies.

Store builds on Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, and the integrations behind them, delivered under your brand. We have been building online stores for more than 25 years.

What we take on

Small, fixed-scope jobs are welcome, and we can usually start within a week.

We work with more than twenty smaller agencies. They call us when a client needs a store built or rebuilt on Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce, or when the work goes past what their team builds every week: a Shopify store that should feed HubSpot, orders that belong in QuickBooks, stock counts that drift between systems. You keep the client and the project, and we do the build and hand it back.

Smallest job

About two weeks of work. A store build, a single integration, a sync that keeps breaking, or a webhook that needs to be built properly. If it is well defined, we are glad to take it.

Start

We can usually start within a week. We scope the job with you on a short call and agree a fixed price, and the work begins. You get working software and a short handover note.

Ways to work

Fixed price, hourly, or a monthly block of hours. A fixed price for a defined job, hourly help when your own team is full, or a monthly block when integration requests keep coming in.

Your brand

Your client sees your agency. We can work in your tools and under your email domain, and we never contact your client unless you ask us to.

Contracts

We sign your NDA and subcontract. Short agreements are fine. A two-week job should not need a month of paperwork.

Platforms

Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce builds. We design and build stores, and connect them to the e-commerce, accounting, CRM, marketing and inventory software your client runs, plus glue tools like Zapier and Make.

Systems we connect for small businesses

These are the tools we see most often on small agency projects. If your client uses something that is not on the list, ask us.

E-commerce and accounting

Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Wix, Squarespace, Amazon and Etsy. QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, FreshBooks, Zoho Books and NetSuite.

CRM and marketing

HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Keap and Dynamics 365. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics 4.

Inventory and automation

Cin7, Fishbowl, Katana, Linnworks, ShipStation and Zoho Inventory. Zapier, Make, Airtable and Webflow, including automations that have outgrown them.

How a small job runs

01

Send us the request

Forward your client's email, or describe in a few sentences which systems are involved and what should happen. We come back with questions and a first view of the scope.

02

Agree a fixed scope

We write down which systems connect, what data moves in which direction, and what done looks like. You get a fixed price for that scope before any work starts.

03

Build in your tools

We work in your repository, on your board and in your client's sandbox accounts. You can follow progress as it happens and show it to your client whenever you like.

04

Test with real data

We run the integration against real orders, contacts and invoices, including the awkward ones such as refunds, partial shipments and duplicate customers, before anything goes live.

05

Hand over cleanly

Everything ends up in your systems and your client's, with a short runbook. If the client wants ongoing support, we can provide it under your brand.

A recent example: an agency partner brought us in to connect Shopify and HubSpot for a fast-growing Atlanta retailer of sports apparel and athletic shoes.

Sync

Store customers and orders now reach HubSpot, so marketing runs on real purchase data.

Ads

Successful ads can be traced all the way to the purchases they produced.

Reach

With purchases tied back to ads, the retailer can retarget the right customers.

Care

The service team works from the same connected customer and order data.

Send us your client's request in a few sentences. We will tell you how we would approach it and what it would take.
