One monthly price for a technology organization.
Running, securing, and leading your technology is one per-user monthly fee. Integration, automation, and development projects are scoped and priced separately, so the monthly fee never hides project work.
Two ways to pay. Nothing in between.
Sized to your organization, environment, and support requirements. Most firms of 25-100 people land within this range.
Integration, automation, AI workflows, modernization, and custom development. Each is scoped with a defined outcome and a price you approve.
What the monthly fee covers, and what it doesn't.
- Help desk and user support
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Device, patch, and network management
- Backup monitoring
- Vendor coordination and documentation
- Identity, access, and MFA management
- Endpoint protection and email security
- Device encryption
- Tested backup and recovery
- Access reviews and security policies
- Incident-response and continuity planning
- A named senior technology leader
- Technology roadmap
- Vendor and licence review
- Executive technology reviews
- Systems and API integration
- CRM and ERP integration
- Workflow automation
- AI-assisted workflows
- Application modernization
- Custom applications
- Laptops, phones, and network equipment
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and application licences
- Security tooling licences, where passed through at cost
Where you land in the range depends on your environment, not a package tier.
We quote after the Technology Health Assessment, so the price reflects what we found rather than a guess.
Before you ask.
Why not a cheaper per-device price?
Because you are buying ownership of your technology, not a help desk. The monthly fee includes security operations and senior technology leadership that conventional per-device pricing leaves out.
Why is project work priced separately?
So the monthly fee stays predictable, and so every project has its own scope, outcome, and approval. You never pay for integration work through a support contract.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $4,000 a month. Below that, we cannot give an environment the attention this model depends on.
Do we have to replace our current IT provider first?
No. Most engagements start with a Technology Health Assessment, which you can request while your current provider is in place.
Do you support Google Workspace and Mac?
Yes. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Windows or Mac, or a mix. The price does not change with the platform you choose.
Get a price based on your environment, not a guess.
The Technology Health Assessment shows what your technology needs, and what it would cost us to own it.
