Your brand on the work. Ours on nothing.
We deliver under your brand if requested — and when we do, your client has no reason to learn that we exist.
White-label delivery fails in the details: an engineer who replies to the client from the wrong address, a document with the wrong footer, a status call where someone introduces themselves as a subcontractor. So we treat it as a configuration to agree up front, not an intention to honour later.
Three modes, your choice per engagement
Some partners want us invisible on every project. Some want a named specialist the client can see. You decide, and you can decide differently on the next one.
How it runs, week to week
Set up under your identity
Before any work starts you provision accounts on your domain and in your tools. We name the engineers who will hold them, and access is scoped to what the engagement needs. Onboarding is measured in days, not weeks.
Agree the communication rules
Who speaks to the client, on what cadence, in what format, and what happens in an incident. We write it down, including the escalation path when something breaks at an inconvenient hour.
Work your process
Your board, your sprint cadence, your branching and review standards, your definition of done. Our reporting arrives in the form you pass upward, so you are never re-writing our status into your language.
Deliver in your templates
Documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and test evidence in your document system, using your templates. If you do not have templates for architecture documentation, we will build them to your brand and leave them with you.
Hand over cleanly
At the end, everything lives in your systems and your client's — nothing essential stays only with us. If you want ongoing monitoring and support, that becomes a separate managed agreement, still under your brand.
