White-Label Delivery

Your brand on the work. Ours on nothing.

We deliver under your brand if requested — and when we do, your client has no reason to learn that we exist.

What white-label means here
Not a logo swap on a deliverable. A set of operating rules, agreed before the work starts.

White-label delivery fails in the details: an engineer who replies to the client from the wrong address, a document with the wrong footer, a status call where someone introduces themselves as a subcontractor. So we treat it as a configuration to agree up front, not an intention to honour later.

Client contact
We never contact your client directly. No email, no calls, no meeting invitations, no follow-ups. All client communication goes through you, unless you explicitly put us in a conversation.
Agreements
We sign your NDA, MSA, and subcontract agreements. Your paper, your terms, your confidentiality and IP provisions. We do not require partners to accept ours instead.
Identity & tooling
We work under your email domain and project tools. Your accounts, your issue tracker, your repositories, your chat workspace, your document templates. Our engineers appear in your systems as members of your team.
Client-facing meetings
We appear as your team. When you want engineering depth in the room, we attend as part of your delivery organisation and introduce ourselves accordingly.
Deliverables
We are invisible — no eProxim branding on deliverables. Code, documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and reports carry your identity. Nothing we hand over names us.
Non-solicit
Mutual non-solicit on Salesforce work. We do not approach your clients or your staff, and you have the same protection in writing that we do.

Three modes, your choice per engagement

Some partners want us invisible on every project. Some want a named specialist the client can see. You decide, and you can decide differently on the next one.

Invisible
The default. Your brand throughout, all communication through you, no eProxim reference anywhere in the engagement. The client experiences one firm.
Your team, extended
We attend client meetings as members of your delivery team, under your domain and your titles. The client meets engineers, not a vendor.
Named specialist
Where it strengthens your position, we are introduced as your integration specialist partner. Some clients value seeing a dedicated firm on the hard part.

How it runs, week to week

Set up under your identity

Before any work starts you provision accounts on your domain and in your tools. We name the engineers who will hold them, and access is scoped to what the engagement needs. Onboarding is measured in days, not weeks.

Agree the communication rules

Who speaks to the client, on what cadence, in what format, and what happens in an incident. We write it down, including the escalation path when something breaks at an inconvenient hour.

Work your process

Your board, your sprint cadence, your branching and review standards, your definition of done. Our reporting arrives in the form you pass upward, so you are never re-writing our status into your language.

Deliver in your templates

Documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and test evidence in your document system, using your templates. If you do not have templates for architecture documentation, we will build them to your brand and leave them with you.

Hand over cleanly

At the end, everything lives in your systems and your client's — nothing essential stays only with us. If you want ongoing monitoring and support, that becomes a separate managed agreement, still under your brand.

The point of white-label is not concealment. It is that your client should experience one firm, accountable for one outcome — yours.
Yours
Client relationship, strategy, commercials, and credit.
Yours
Brand on every deliverable, document, and diagram.
Ours
The integration, architecture, and automation engineering.
Signed
NDA, MSA, subcontract, and mutual non-solicit, on your paper.
Send us your MSA. We will tell you what we need on top of it, which is usually nothing.
